Shipping policy

Standard Delivery  - DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, DELIVERIES ARE DELAYED. PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE REGARDING DELIVERY.   The estimated delivery period is between 2-4 business days, depending on your delivery address.  

Express Delivery - Rates calculated at checkout are based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The estimated delivery period is between 1-2 business days, depending on the delivery address.

We ONLY ship orders to the address that matches the credit card used to pay for the order. No exceptions. Please be sure to double check the shipping address information you are submitting with your order. An incorrect address name, number or zip code will delay the delivery of your package. Address corrections can not be made once the package has shipped, as it is out of our control. No exceptions. No refunds will be issued for refused, undelivered, unprocessed, abandoned or stolen shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address or order refusal, you must pay the additional shipping charges to reship the package. Once packages have shipped, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. Please contact the shipper with any disputes or concerns regarding a shipment.

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided for all orders and will be sent to the email address you provided. You will be able to track your order after you receive your order tracking email. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, please contact us immediately with your order number.

PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not privy to its whereabouts. If your package does not arrive, please go to directly to your local post office, present your tracking number, and ask for any information they have regarding the location of your package.
